Large 6" ALMOND (bakewell) TART

This is a proper, Home Made BAKEWELL TART from our BAKERY IN PONTEFRACT, WEST YORKSHIRE.
They are approx 6" in diameter.
We also do a saucer size tart, which is approx 4" in diameter and more shallow.
This is basically an almond flavoured tart, in a pastry case, which has a layer of raspberry jam on the bottom, then almond flavoured sponge and finished off with some flaked almonds and brown sugar on top.
