This is a Home Made ,ROUND, VICTORIA SPONGE CAKE.
This is basically a moist white sponge cake, with raspberry seedless jam inside, with a vanilla buttercream in the middle and sugar nibs, on the top of the cake.
These are approximately 6" in diameter.
These are made with best quality ingredients. This product contains eggs.No animal fats etc are used, it is vegetable oil only.
These will be well packaged to avoid any breakages.
These are freshly baked, but are made in an environment that does have nuts present.
