This is a round plain christmas fruit cake.
It's approx 6" in diameter and approx 3" in height.
We usually just finish it with a ribbon around it and a merry christmas motif on top.
This is a light fruit cake, with lots of cherries, sultanas and raisins inside.
It is also available with Brandy soaked, as an optional extra.
