This is a Home Made LEMON & BUTTERCREAM SPONGE CAKE.
This is basically a moist lemon sponge cake, with a lemon buttercream cake in the middle and also on the top of the cake.
It is finished off with a drizzle of white icing and some sweet lemon pieces on top.
These come in a LARGE SQUARE (approx 6")
These are made with best quality ingredients. This product contains eggs.No animal fats etc are used, it is vegetable oil only.
These will be well packaged to avoid any breakages.
These are freshly baked, but are made in an environment that does have nuts present.
